Please try out the userspace version of the firmware loader (from
r5u87x) by following the instructions at:
http://www.bitbucket.org/ahixon/r5u87x/wiki/Source
It will give a warning about bad microcode version - please attach
that to this bug report so I can put in the correct version (at the
moment I'm using a placeholder because I don't know what it is).

We should support the Ricoh 05ca:1803 device! :)
Rodney Giles has provided the .sys file and the .inf driver from
Windows - hopefully it should just be a simple plug it and go situation!
